The Authentic Village Hotel is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team for the summer season of 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs.
  • Address guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local
    attractions
  • Manage phone calls and emails promptly and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Wymagania dotyczące stanowiska
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with hotel management systems is an advantage.
