R&D Engineers for Power Supplies

If you have a solid background in electronics/power electronics, especially in DC/DC and AC/DC converter HW development, then this offer is for you!

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated candidates for the position of Power Electronics Development Engineers to work in our new R&D branch office in Poland.

Tasks you can expect :

• Development of power supplies, either standardized & customised, especially AC/DC and DC/DC converters
• Processing of development projects at a high level
• Design, simulation, laboratory testing and supporting type testing of electronic circuits
• Selection and dimensioning of power electronic components
• Processing development projects from product requirements to series release
• Preparation of technical documentation
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary, international teams (hardware, software, mechanical design, testing, etc.)

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, ideally specialising in power electronics / energy technology
• Ability to program microcontroller in C/C++ or Assembler
• Preferably initial professional experience in the field of power electronics or materials for power electronics including their characterisation. Sound knowledge of the operating principles of semiconductors (MOSFET, IGBTs, WBG) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of test methods in power electronics as well as experimental skills including the interpretation of the generated measurement data.
• Knowledge of requirements in power electronics as well as experience in discussing specifications with customers and transferring important aspects to internal test strategies.
• Good written and spoken Polish and English skills, German is a plus
• Organisational talent, creativity, commitment and ability to work in a team paired with basic knowledge of commercial issues
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips within Poland and abroad e.g. Germany
