Quality Assurance Officer (m/f)

Our Core Project Unit team is growing and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment. As a quality assurance officer (m/f), you will: • Participate actively to day to day operations of a Project Management Office like team; • Monitor the business cases, the execution and the return of investment of projects; • Report on investments by defining and following qualitative and quantitative KPIs; • Help in the definition of the firm investment quality assurance standards, related policies, procedures, guidelines, tools and databases; • Ensure application of internal methodologies, processes, tools and practices linked to investments and projects; • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions and investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues; • Support the development of quality management capabilities through the implementation of organizational and work approaches; Your profile • You have a bachelor degree level in control or project management studies; • You are rigorous, and quality oriented; • You are recognized for your excellent analytical skills; • You have experience in project management; • with strong skills in process definitions and follow-up; • You have good written skills in English and effective communication skills; • You have a solid technique on the use and configuration of IT tools; Are you looking for a multicultural firm that invests in the development of your potential and considers health at work a top priority?  and www.pwc.com.
