Opis oferty pracy
  • Ensure the E2e quality of a defined product portfolio and the efficient application of related CS&Q directives 
  • Continuosly monitro and improve the offer quality performance 
  • analyse field failure information and customer feedback and collaborate with the relevant internal stakeholder 
  • initiate, assign and manage PRBs to understand the root cause of field quality problems
  • ensure the prioritization of corrective and preventive actions in the backlogs 
  • support and coach the project/agile release train teams on methods and quality tools 
Wymagania dotyczące stanowiska
  • Engineering degree 
  • professional experience in the field of quality / customer support in an industrial environment 
  • profound knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework as sell as Statistics / Six Sigma 
  • Strong communication skill in English, additional languate (Italian, German, French) would be a plus 

 

Mile widziane
  • experience with HVAC-R solutions 
  • DfsR experience 
  • excellent analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Ability to lead and influence
