Rights and competences:
- Customer and quality systems representative within project teams
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Take part on feasibility study + APQP
- Take part on PFMEA team during pre-serial phase
- Define project quality requirements, measurement plan, methods and devices in consulation with customer
- Create documentation - SC/CC list, Control plan
- Manage the evaluation of the first off tool parts and tuned parts until PPAP approval (visual + measurements)
- Manage the convergence from pre-serial to serial control plan
- Execute PPAP to customer and get master sample parts from the customer
- Manage MSA in project phase
- Train and handover project documentation to plant
- Manage quality claims from project phase
- Lead process audit with customer project phase
- Giving support to ongoing serial customer projects
Technical skills (inc. PC, software and machine and device knowledge):
- Knowledge of 8D, PFMEA, Control Plan, Flowchart, SPC, audit VDA6, PPAP, APQP , MSA
- General product and process understanding
- MS Office Software
- Working knowledge of a ERP system
- Capability to learn new software
- Knowledge of CMM measures/technics is a plus
Other skills:
- Strong problem solving skills and facilitate problem solving team events
- Ability to negotiate with both internal and external customers
- Ability to moderate the meetings, reviews
- Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills
- Very good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Able to lead and facilitate cross functional teams
- Analytical skills (problem solving, priorityzing, data analysis)
- Motivated with a high level of initiative
