Opis oferty pracy

Your main tasks will be:

  • Plan, organize and manage construction projects of prefab concrete and cross-laminated btimber constructions (CLT) in Latvia and abroad;
  • Plan and organize work in procects, coordinate and monitor deadlines, resources and project costs;
  • Proactively cooperate with other departments, customers and partners.

The candidate is expected to:

  • University degree in construction or project management;
  • Previous work experience in procect managment in large construction projects, preferably in export;
  • Excellent computer skills: MS Office; MS Project;
  • Very good knowledge of English;
  • Ability to react quickly in problem situations, excellent communication and collaboration skills, teamwork skills, decision-making ability and achievement of goals;
