A concrete industry company operating in the Valkeakoski area is now looking to hire a precast concrete worker to join their team.

Job includes concrete elements manufacturing and working with molds.
You are collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality production and finishing of concrete elements.

Working hours are in a two-shift system (06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00), and overtime may be required. The salary follows the Construction Product TES 4 agreement, and with personal incentive bonuses, you can increase your earnings. Additionally, our client offers other incentives that you can influence through your own work.

Wymagania dotyczące stanowiska

We expect previous experience in the construction or concrete industry. Good physical condition and readiness for physically demanding work. You are motivated and have a proactive attitude. You are able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
