Plasterer/Stucco applicator
For our family business; Van Herwijnen Vastgoed B.V., which is part of the Railtechniek van Herwijnen Group, we are looking for a fulltime Plasterer/Stucco applicator.
Van Herwijnen Vastgoed B.V is a real estate company. Currently our real estate portfolio consists of 60 properties. Recently two more estates were acquired which will be renovated for housing purposes. Furthermore, our team is working on a new building project in the city centre of Tiel to realize several apartments for residential use.
As an addition to our current team, we are looking for a Plasterer/Stucco applicator. In this job you are responsible for the maintenance and renovation of our real estate portfolio, together with four colleagues.
Your main responsibilities as a Plasterer/Stucco applicator are:
- Prepare, repair and clean surfaces before application;
- Protect non-plastering surfaces with appropriate materials.
- Apply different plasters to exterior and interior surfaces.
- Fix and repair previous plastering work when necessary.
- Mixing and preparing mortar, plasters, and other finishes.
- A Technical certificate in Plasering, or practical work experience with similar work.
- Effective English reading and communication skills.
- You are a EU citizen and permitted to work in the Netherlands, or already in possession of a work permit which enables you to work in the Netherlands.
- Knowledge of the Dutch, German or French language.
- A SCC basic certificate.
- A valid driving license.
