Qualifications:
• Candidate has to be motivated to deliver good work;
• Working experience in the field is not required • Being able to work independently is an advantage;
• In connection with the work, the candidate must be in good physical condition and willing to work in varying weather conditions;
• The candidate likes working in a team, outside and is willing to work flexible hours;
• Candidate is willing to learn quickly, is honest and has a positive attitude;
• If harvesting above the norm, employees receive additional bonus.

Company description: Framori is a young, social and energetic family company growing raspberry in tunnels on 2-3 ha. We are on the way to organic production and find the social-environmental part of the company in combination with delivering excellent quality fruit a very important motivation. We're hoping to find up to 16 motivated persons for picking and sorting/packing the raspberries during week 34 till 45. The first few weeks (34 and 35) we need only 4 persons, after that 16 till week 45. Important for us is that the person can understand basic English or Dutch.
