Master Data Analyst

Make data quality your top priority As Master Data Analyst in Global Manufacturing Master Data, you are part of a team of 12 who ensure correct master data, which is used as the foundation for Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing sites across the globe. We have a central role along with a great deal of insight and knowledge within development, engineering, planning and production. As such, your role includes: Creating and maintaining high quality master data and continuously seeking to raise the bar through data validation, continuous improvements and standardisation of our processes Seeking involvement, through a business partner mind-set, to make sure that our specialist knowledge is used to influence decision-making in the value chain Actively reaching out to and managing stakeholders to secure involvement and master data alignment in relation to new initiatives as well as securing adherence to existing processes Active participation in a self-leading sub-team, where you help prioritise and distribute day-to-day tasks among members in the team Quality is key As part of Global Supply Chain Excellence, we are at the interface between the new development projects and Engineering towards Costing, Planning and Manufacturing. Due to company growth and an increasing number of products, handling master data is becoming exceedingly complex. Therefore, we do not expect you to master the discipline in the LEGO Group from day one. We will, however, trust you to make decisions and get things done to the highest possible quality, as you make the most of your skills and reach your full potential. Outgoing and detail-oriented in one package The key to success in this position is to master the balancing act of being extremely detail-oriented on the one hand with having an outgoing mind-set on the other. Moreover, you: Probably hold a degree as Production Engineer or a MA in Supply Chain Management, or you have several years of experience working with master data, supply chain, logistics, quality or similar Take pride in quality assurance, and you follow through and complete tasks Are not afraid of reaching out to our stakeholders with a business partner mind-set, actively entering into dialogue with the business and challenging them Are structured, analytical and systematic, while constantly looking for new ways to improve as is Have knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, and you speak and write English fluently Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Community.
