Would you like to lead a team of specialists responsible for creating building instructions that teach children how to build amazing LEGO Models and inspire them to keep on building their own? Manage a team, improve processes and plan capacity First and foremost, you are a people manager on a tactical and operational level, securing world-class building instructions and experiences. This involves setting the direction and continuously driving your team towards high performance and quality standards, while ensuring motivation and commitment to the core deliverables. As such, your role includes: Managing a team of 8-12 3D and 2D specialists, including targeted KPI setting and competence development according to stakeholder and consumer expectations and needs Operational and tactical responsibility for your team’s deliverables including strong and agile capacity planning in an ever changing environment Navigating and collaborating in a matrix organisation and our BID Leadership Team of 4 to collaborate on setting the direction for the area Further building and strengthening the department to ensure sustainability for the future Continuously focusing on improving processes to work smarter Inspire the builders of tomorrow Managing this team, you will find yourself very close to the heart of the LEGO Group. Strong and inspiring leader and project/process manager The key to your success as manager for BID is your desire to be a visible people manager and develop your team. Using your empathy and no-nonsense leadership style, you are a fair and respected leader.
