Maintenance Officer - General Duties
As a Maintenance Officer, your primary responsibility is to oversee the maintenance activities within our organization. You will ensure that all facilities, equipment, and machinery are in optimal working condition to support operational efficiency and safety standards. Your role involves planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance tasks, as well as implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize asset lifespan.
• To have knowledge about the maintenance of a house and be able to repair minor damages or other household tasks connected with the smooth running of the house.
• Have availability to work with a shift system (rolling hours/flexibility of working days)
• A motorcycle driver's license is necessary.
• Teamwork, and commitment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Perception speed, kindness, physical strength.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
