We are now looking for a Logistic Agent with English language and one additional European language for our Customer Service team. The main tasks for this position are:

• complex organization of products transport from Kemira shipping points to Customer;

• responsible for deliveries, freight cost planning in SAP and customs clearance support;

• responsible for all shipping documentation to be correct and available on time for the transport;

• control of delivery dates;

• creating dangerous goods declaration;

• supporting freight invoice handling

Kemira’s Business Service Center in Gdańsk, Poland is a multifunction service center with customer service, procurement, finance and administration and IT operations. It is a dynamic and multicultural center that values openness, cooperation and partnership. Position will be located in Gdansk, Poland.

What you need:

• being Team oriented and customer focused with a very good organizational talent,

• fluency in English (fluency in one of the following Languages: Dutch, German, French will be an asset),

• good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel),

• very good communication and interpersonal skills,

• professional approach to work,

• problem solving skills,

• working experience in Logistics and supply chain management is an asset;

• basic knowledge of SAP SD module is an asset

• logistics education background is an asset.
