Level 1 Technical support with German
Your responsibilities:
- Respond to email tickets and phone calls to resolve end users queries related to the hardware and software infrastructure of our client
- Diagnose the issue and provide a path to resolve it
- Configuring and troubleshooting all technical issues with hardware and software
- Accurately log all interactions in the ticketing tool
- Simulating the problems faced by end users in a test setup and providing end users with technically optimum solution
- Update / Create knowledge base for new learning
- Interact with Level2/level3 support teams and third party vendors for follow-ups on break fix
Our requirements:
- Written and verbal fluency in German and English
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting and resolving queries in a technical environment
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to learn desktop applications used at customer end
- Ability to change system settings via control panels or system preferences
- Ability to install and remove applications
- Strong multitasking skills
- Strong Active listening skills
- Ability to work toward a goal in dynamic situations
- Ability to identify solutions based on written procedures, guidelines, and process tools
