Kamstrup is a Danish technology company and one of the world’s leading manufacturers of intelligent metering solutions. We are dedicated to developing and producing innovative metering equipment and systems for energy and water consumption. Because of an increased demand for our solutions worldwide, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing organisation.

With a direct reference to our Head of Marketing, Water, Heat/Cooling & Electricity, you will become a part of our newly launched Business Area Marketing team which consists of 8 colleagues. The team is characterised by dedicated Marketing Managers for each business area and regional marketers located at our sales offices around the world – an entirely talented, ambitious and fun bunch of people. Together, our job is to support our business areas in reaching their goals by growing the Kamstrup brand through value-based market communication and activities that excite and inspire.



Marketing Manager with a strong commercial mindset

In the newly established position as Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for marketing related to our Electricity Division and Heat/Cooling Division. You will collaborate closely with the business areas and as their marketing partner, you will obtain deep industry, market and customer understanding enabling you to translate business priorities into strong marketing strategies and plans.

More specifically, your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Translate business priorities into marketing plans globally and for selected markets – in close co-operation with your regional marketing colleagues
  • Drive & coordinate the production of marketing materials that are on-brand and support our business priorities
  • Implement marketing campaigns and content
  • Ensure that KPI’s are set and measured on the individual activities
  • Work cross-functionally with key business area stakeholders to support and provide sparring on the development of go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and services
  • Develop compelling value propositions and key messaging in alignment with our overall positioning

You can expect around 20-30 travel days per year.

Personality matters

We are looking for a result-oriented Marketing Manager with a commercial mindset who can use your experience and great personal drive to contribute to Kamstrup’s continued growth journey. You hold a master's degree in Marketing, International Business or similar and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a B2B marketing role with a proven track record.

To succeed in this position, you must have a deep understanding of the sales and marketing processes as well as a strong business and financial acumen, understanding the key drivers of profitability and the impact of marketing decisions. Furthermore, it is a requirement that you have experience in facilitating and driving cross-functional collaboration without formal authority.

As a person, you are ambitious and possess a strong personal drive. You are an outgoing marketer and resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues through your ability to create exceptional customer experiences and reach business goals. You are motivated by measurable results and do not shy away from proving how you – together with the rest of the team – drive revenue. Finally, you thrive in a dynamic and international work environment where priorities can change from day to day.

It is a requirement that you master English on a high level, both orally and written. Danish will be an advantage.
