- A Bachelor or Master Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar;

- 2 years of experience with application support; 

- Strong experience with SQL databases such as Oracle DB and/or Microsoft SQL Server;

- Prior experience of Production Support, preferably in financial / banking sector;

- Experience with Linux and Windows based infrastructures;

- Experience with a production tool;

- Fluency in English, written and spoken.

- ITIL certification;

- Java / .NET applications.

- Experience with ETL Tools like Ab Initio and Informatica.
