IT Business Analyst

We are looking for: IT Business Analysts with a passion for business, innovation and IT, with focus on business driven new development and enhancements of IT solutions. Position You will work in a project or delivery team, where global complexity and business innovation are part of your daily work. You will have a home base in the IT Consulting organization together with colleagues working in the same field as you, where you share knowledge and experiences. . Key Responsibilities As IT Business Analyst you will be involved different activities aiming to deliver business value in the form of implemented IT solutions, for example: •Responsible for securing that the requirements can be efficiently interpreted by both Business and IT, and used by application development team •Support prioritization of scope based on end user needs and business value •Handle customer contact to conduct requirements elicitation •Perform end user studies and end user evaluation to secure that important user needs are met with the prototype or working solution •Propose changes that make the software product more efficient and/or reduce operation or maintenance cost •Continuously work to improve existing ways of working •Facilitate workshops locally or globally We can offer You get an opportunity to work together with highly skilled colleagues in an exciting, global environment which provides opportunities to develop both professionally and personally.
