ABOUT THE ROLE

Through primarily telephone interaction, Inside Sales Representative will support an account portfolio of valued customers to locate and secure the right products or services for their specific needs. You will manage the “deals completion” and within that task you will have a dose of administration missions to achieve. You will cooperate closely with Sales Representatives based in other European locations. Occasionally you will be working with the Field Sales Representative, supplier partners, engineers, and other internal Arrow resources.

Inside Sales Representative at Arrow is responsible for:

  • Developing EMEA regional sales and margin by selling financing solutions through our network of partners, aiming to increase customer loyalty and win new partners

  • Coordinating the proposals for tenders (public and private)

  • Driving commercial quotations, monitor and develop new and existing accounts, assess and seek to enhance customer satisfaction

  • Proactively calling and engaging with partners to grow sales and follow up accordingly to ensure deals are closed

  • Demonstrating a proactive approach and sense of urgency on our customers’ behalf in closing deals, anticipate customers’ requirements and communicate in a timely and effective manner

  • Carrying administrative activities and operations to ensure performance

A FEW THINGS YOU ARE AN EXPERT AT

  • Background in finance area

  • Knowledge of IT industry, interest or background in IT

  • Understanding of sales process and dynamics

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively

  • Typically, you would have 3-5 years of previous experience in Sales field

  • Proficiency in English
