We are seeking an experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Supervisor to oversee HSE compliance and risk management in projects within the Oil & Gas sector. The role involves ensuring that project activities adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies, as well as promoting a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct HSE risk assessments and hazard identification
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations (OSHA, ISO 45001, etc.)
- Monitor and audit project HSE performance and prepare regular reports
- Lead safety meetings, training sessions, and toolbox talks
- Investigate incidents and near misses, providing corrective actions and lessons learned
- Coordinate emergency response plans and drills
- Ensure proper documentation of HSE activities and records
Wymagania dotyczące stanowiska
Required Competencies:
- Knowledge of HSE management systems and risk assessment methodologies
- Familiarity with Oil & Gas safety regulations and practices
- Experience with HAZOP, HAZID, and safety case development
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HSE roles within the Oil & Gas industry
- Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certifications
