Role purpose:
Responsible for the performance of front and back office employees in SSC and on-site through task guidance, direction setting, motivation of the team and process mapping and improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Engage, lead, guide, develop and motivate HR Service Center team (ca. 10) to ensure that the center achieves the defined goals and deliver high quality service to the business
- Monitor and manage daily tasks and team performance, set targets, evaluate results
- Ensure the required knowledge and competence is in place
- Coordinate ressources (front office/back office plans, vacation, leave, etc.)
- Coordinate onboarding and continuous training of employees
- Go-to person for clarification and support in connection with incoming requests
- Continuous alignment with and reporting to the Center Manager
- Provide general HR support via front and back office tasks
- Proactively propose and drive process improvement (standardization, quality, efficiency and user centricity) initiatives
- Coordinating and participating in international HR process improvement, change and implementation projects
- Leading operational and working culture changes
- Representing HR Service Center
- Efficient Stakeholder Management
Requirements:
- 3-5 years professional experience (preferably in HR shared services or working with HR disciplines at an operational level)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- People management skills, preferably 1-2 years of people management experience
- Fluent in English and one more European language
- Knowledge of Hungarian Labor Law and related regulations is an advantage
- Experience driving and working with well-defined processes within administration and business support
- Experience in working with HR systems (SAP, Success Factors, etc.)
- Experience with process standardization and improvement
