Tasks:

  • Support the construction managers in the planning, control and processing of construction sites

  • Planning and control of workflows

  • Supervision and supervision of the subcontractors

  • Classification, guidance and supervision of subordinate personnel

  • Creation of documentation

  • Check compliance with accident prevention regulations

     

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a concrete and steel concrete builder or bricklayer

  • Continuing education as a certified polisher in building construction

  • Several years of professional experience and first management experience

  • High cost awareness

  • Flexibility and reliability as well as independent working

  • Reliability, flexibility, enjoyment of work and teamwork

  • Driving license class B

     

Frame conditions and benefits for employees:
