About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Finishing Foreman to join our team and contribute to the success of upcoming projects. If you are passionate about construction and eager to advance your skills, we would love to hear from you!
The role;
- Overseeing construction projects from beginning to end and ensure all deadlines are met
- Provide regular updates on the progress of works to the Project/Contracts manager
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the latest drawing, specifications and programme
- Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
- Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects
- Manage quality control for the lifecycle of the project and ensure all project documentation is managed correctly
- Prepare reports on Project Management Software
- Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention
- Ensure compliance with BC(A)R
- Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team
