The Copenhagen Finance department in Maersk Oil HQ is looking for a Finance Analyst to join the Controlling team.

The new candidate will be a focal point in the controlling team assuming the responsibility for financial cost control and analysis for the corporate functions, managing the rolling forecasts, monitoring its performance against actual and generally providing management with accurate, timely, and comprehensive quality financial information and feedback on Corporate Functions performance and business plans.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities for the Finance Analyst will be:

•Preparing quarterly rolling forecast for corporate functions as well as variance explanations

•Monthly analysis of actuals with variance explanations

•Preparing management reporting for the management team

•Reviewing relevant KPI’s for the Corporate spend

•Assisting with the daily financial management as well as accounting and controlling





Who we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate with:

•An educational background in Finance/Economics on master level

• the following certifications: CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA.

•A minimum experience of 3-5 years preferably within the controlling.

•Strong analytical skills and an eye for details

•Strong communications skills and high energy level
