Do you want to use your analytical skills to support ESG decision making and sustainability goals? Do you want to join an international organization that is ambitious about sustainability across value chain and legal entities? Then we have an exciting opportunity in this newly created role as an ESG Analyst.

In the role, you will be an important part of setting Fertin Pharma’s ESG strategy by providing value-adding analysis for reporting and impact management. You will work in close collaboration with the Senior ESG Manager and the newly established Sustainability Team consisting of an ESG Data Specialist and a Sustainability Specialist.

Support ESG decision making with data, material, and process analysis:
ESG & Sustainability is a continuously evolving area, and you will have a centrally placed role in developing and integrating these activities into value-adding activity. As an ESG Analyst, your main responsibility will be to analyze and clarify company activities towards implementing and reporting on the CSRD and EU Taxonomy. Moreover, key tasks will also be supporting and optimizing Fertin Pharma’s sustainability strategy, company impact and ESG data management. Concretely, you will:
• Support the implementation of CSRD reporting, incl. DMA, GAP, and Value Chain Analysis
• Support the implementation of EU Taxonomy assessment and reporting
• Support the company’s compliance with sustainability due diligence requirements – for example towards the EUDR
• Support the risk management of processes and activities across the value chain within the scope of ESG and sustainability

ESG Analyst with a passion for making a difference:
To be successful in this role, we imagine you have a relevant educational background as a BA or MA in Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance or similar. More importantly, you are passionate about sustainability and making a difference through data analysis.

You might come from a similar role, where you have worked with one or more of the tasks, and are now ready to take on a stronger lead in clarifying and optimizing company impact.
With a structured and analytical approach, you are able to assess actual and potential risks and make recommendations to improve the impact of the company’s operations and value chain. You are a critical thinker and curious to learn about a complex organization. As Fertin Pharma is a global organization and stakeholders come from countries around the world, fluency in both written and spoken English is a requirement.
