F&B Hostess

We are currently looking for a F&B Hostess to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our F&B Hostess ensure that the team is delivering an exceptional level of service with great attention to detail and outstanding guest service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and seating guests.
• Processing guest inquiries by e-mail, in person or by telephone. 
• Handle all guest requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Provide interdepartmental service support when operationally necessary.
• Maintaining and creating guest profiles in the booking system.

• Assertive, friendly, and proactive personality.
• Well organized, self-motivated, and a good team player.
• Strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Very good German language skills, any other language a plus.

• Experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a luxury hotel.
