Electrical Project Assistant

Crisplant a/s’ Airport  Division is looking for a competent Electrical Project Assistant, who would like to be part of a team working on international projects within logistic solutions to airports as well as postal and distribution companies. With reference to the project manager and in close cooperation with the project group, you will be responsible for preparing electrical system layouts that comply with our internal design rules and which ensure that the electrical and mechanical installation fits the physical framework of the system.

  The job Your primary tasks will be:

• Control and carry out the preparation of electrical system layouts using AutoCad®
  Prepare and maintain circuit diagrams for power panels and miscellaneous boxes using E-CAD (CADdy)
• Ability and ambition to become our E-CAD (CADdy) super user, and drive the creation and usage of internal tools
• Prepare and maintain cable and I/O lists
• Print and initiate parts lists for own supplies
• Elaborate and complete mounting instructions and drawings
• Support the mounting tasks with drawings and technical support
• Communicate with project managers, engineers and sub-suppliers regarding the above tasks
• Follow-up on internal supplies/milestones in the production
• Prepare as-built and customer documentation
• Up to 30 days of travel activity must be expected.

Qualifications

We expect you to be an electrical engineer, certified electrician or a technical designer with emphasis on electrical systems or similar. Project experience is an advantage. Our systems are often very complex, and you must therefore be very 3D-minded and have solid experience with one or more 3D Cad programs. We use SEE Electrical CADdy and the 3D functionality in AutoCad®. You write and speak English and maybe another foreign language.
