Interfaces with suppliers and customers in collaboration with specialist departments and external partners

Optimising and monitoring existing processes as well as autonomous intervention if a fault occurs

Creation and maintenance of mappings to suit customer requirements

Analysing, documenting and resolving problems

Training employees in companies affiliated to Würth
Your profile
-
Ideally experience with Seeburger Software BIS6 and/or ERP SAP system with basic functionality for communication with IDOCs.

University degree or apprenticeship with a technical focus in the IT sector

Extensive experience with processes for electronic data exchange

Confident manner and able to act independently in discussions with customers and suppliers

Exceptional focus on customers and service, able to work independently and carefully
-
Good knowledge of English, verbal and written, would be an advantage
