Director Global Drug Development TRD Drug Production (m/f/d)

You will act as a trusted technology advisor for Drug Production Business Operations in TRD and contributes to prioritizing demand and establishing the Drug Production technology strategy and roadmap
You will owns and manages business solutions/services delivery vertical at an enterprise level for the TRD Drug Production business capability across all modalities
You will also be accountable to TRD Drug Production Business Partners for end-to-end project delivery and operations for these business capabilities.
Your Responsibilities:
• Accurately capture new demand for TRD Drug Production and provide reliable cost estimates and innovative technology solutions in line with the DD&IT Technology Strategy
• Define and execute technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes for TRD Drug Production
• Ensure on time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio for TRD Drug Production, partnering with relevant Enterprise Data, Digital & IT functions
• Ensure services, solutions, platforms, products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact
• Endure availability and optimal performance for TRD Drug Production in collaboration with relevant DDIT Operations teams
• Establish governance structure for projects, operations, etc. with the right stakeholder representation for TRD Drug Production
• Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders for TRD Drug Production
• Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing new solutions and services.
• Take accountability to ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within the Service Delivery scope.
What you will bring to the role:
• 12+ years of business and IT experience and proven track record of 6+ years in managing demand and delivering technology solutions in complex IT landscapes
• Solid understanding of key processes in the life science industry especially R&D is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiar in 21 CFR Part 11 & GxP guidelines; Understanding of Pharma and Life Sciences compliance and regulatory requirements, which include GxP and SOX among other frameworks
• Business Relationship Management
• Analyzing stakeholder requirements
• IT Strategy & Planning
• Demand Planning and Business Case Development
• Business acumen and commercial understanding (account management)
• Leveraging technology for business and customer needs
• Experience in business process redesign and change management
• Excellent communication, collaboration, facilitation and business partnership capabilities
• Comfortable working with remote stakeholders most of the time – between peers, partners and customers
