Database Application Administrator

Job Description:

Our client, European Commission, is seeking for a Database Application Administrator to join a variety of projects.

We are looking for candidates motivated for long term projects, who will be part of a multicultural team.

Profile:

Degree in Information Technologies;

Minimum 4 years’ of IT professional experience;

Minimum 2 years’ experience in database or application management;

Al least one year proven academic knowledge or professional experience in the following areas or technologies:

DBMS administration

Oracle DBMS

SQL and particularly PL-SQL

At least 1 year experience with ITIL;

At least 1 year experience in user support;

Knowledge of operating systems;

Strong English communication skills;

Availability to live and work in Brussels or Luxembourg.
