The Impact You'll Make

Danfoss Climate Solutions, Controls & Thermal Management is looking for a Line Quality Engineer who is passionate and self-driven to implement quality methodologies that uphold high standards and meet customer expectations.

You’ll join a dedicated team of 10 skilled colleagues who share a strong commitment to excellence and collaboration. Together, you’ll support both automated and manual production lines and play a key role in reducing scrap and driving continuous improvement projects across products and processes.

This is your opportunity to shape quality performance, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement projects in a global organization that values innovation and invests in its people.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our new Quality Engineer, you will help ensure alignment with customer requirements and the QMS while promoting a collaborative, quality-focused culture across different operations.

  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to solve internal and customer quality issues.
  • Drive preventive actions to eliminate recurring problems on the line.
  • Ensure robust solutions that prevent non-conforming products from reaching customers.
  • Support the creation and execution of PFMEAs, Control Plans, SPC, and related quality tools.
  • Actively engage on the shop floor, securing adherence to quality standards through audits and dialogue with colleagues.

What We're Looking For

You bring a structured and methodical approach to your work, combined with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for quality and improvement. To succeed, you should have:

  • bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality engineering, and 3–5 years of relevant experience (automotive background is a plus)
  • Proven problem-solving experience using tools such as 8D, FTA, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards; Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across levels and functions.
  • proactive, analytical, and resilient mindset, able to make clear decisions and maintain focus even under pressure. Fluent in both Danish and English.

What You'll Get from Us

  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected and valued for who they are.
  • You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re great.
