Customer Service/Account Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Customer Service / Account Manager who will constitute an interface between the site and its customers, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring availability of the supply plan for customers in accordance with the relevant contracts. You will be responsible for the management of market needs within the tactical horizon, and for the leadership of and participation in customer supply projects. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and GMP requirements, the law, SOPs, HSE, and the Code of Conduct.

Join our team and become an expert in resource management and ensuring optimal customer supply of products. Play a crucial role in coordinating product demand, managing inventories, and driving process improvements for supply optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for the leadership of the department and for resource management.
• Ensuring optimum customer supply.
• Responsibility for the coordination of demand for finished products.
• Processing and approval of regular and special orders.
• Management of finished product inventories.
• Management of processes related to finished products with or without material flow.
• Ensuring appropriate operational measurements.
• Participation in the preparation of improvements for supply process optimization.
 

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum university degree (BSc) in economics, business administration or other related discipline.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimal 1 year of working experience.
