Customer Service Specialist with knowledge of German

Scope of responsibilities:
Telephone and / or e-mail support for users of electronic equipment (technical support / referral to service / user manual, etc.), telephone and / or email support for auction site users, customer inquiries, customer relationship management, creating a good corporate image, administration and work with the internal system
Requirements:
Secodary education, good knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office, experience in call center/customer service/technical support will be an advantage. Knowledge of German on B2 level, higly communicative with developed interpersonal skills, good organization of work, teamwork. Knowledge of MS Office.
