Customer Service Representative with German
Location: Katowice/Poland

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers;
- Creating a positive impression of the support team;
- Responsible for the resolution and communication to customer issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent German skills are a must;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Active listening skills;
- Basic knowledge of Computing devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.);
- Knowledge of iOS environment – Basic knowledge/fundamentals (Usage);
- Passion and desire/commitment to deliver and grow;
- Customer focus.
