Customer Account Senior Specialist
This role consists of managing relations with corporate clients, monitoring account documentation and providing advice.
Responsibilities:

Support Medium Intensity Client base on all Account Opening and Account Maintenance needs

Perform a complete review and due diligence of the documentation ensuring meeting Citi and local countries legal and regulatory requirements.

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the EMEA region

Responding to clients queries, providing advice

Attending calls with clients
-
Driving consistently high levels of client satisfaction
Requirements:
-
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Banking Operations
-
Previous client facing experience
-
Experience of working in a process driven, documentation or legal environment

Experience in documentation review, legal of KYC space will be an advantage

Proven ability to establish and maintain business partnerships and client relationships

English at a fluent level

Knowledge of other European language (French, German, Swedish, Italian, Spanish) would be an advantage

Experience in working within an international environment would be an advantage

Ability to organize time effectively

Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
