This role consists of managing relations with corporate clients, monitoring account documentation and providing advice.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support Medium Intensity Client base on all Account Opening and Account Maintenance needs

  • Perform a complete review and due diligence of the documentation ensuring meeting Citi and local countries legal and regulatory requirements. 

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the EMEA region

  • Responding to clients queries, providing advice

  • Attending calls with clients

  • Driving consistently high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Banking Operations

  • Previous client facing experience

  • Experience of working in a process driven, documentation or legal environment

  • Experience in documentation review, legal of KYC space will be an advantage

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain business partnerships and client relationships

  • English at a fluent level

  • Knowledge of other European language (French, German, Swedish, Italian, Spanish) would be an advantage

  • Experience in working within an international environment would be an advantage

  • Ability to organize time effectively

  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients

  • Excellent communication skills
