Traverse the gap between physical and digital play experiences As Creative Manager, you work out of Digital Games, in Billund, Denmark, where you support our Future Lab Department by creating games that exceed the limits of play today and allow kids to connect to the physical LEGO® World. As such, your main responsibility is to ensure that the product is right for the kids, and successfully deliver LEGO DNA in new and interesting ways. Thus, you bring the LEGO Mentality to our partners and the game-play mind-set to the LEGO Group. More specifically, as Creative Manager, you: Make sure there is a clear creative vision for the LEGO Games, which it is communicated clearly to partners and internal stakeholders, so they know what makes a LEGO Play experience Work as a product owner, ensure the right priorities and look into the features that are set to deliver on a game’s strategic objectives Function as the point of contact to our partners and work in smaller cells, for example alongside a designer, a producer and a marketing professional Review projects and ensure the right feedback is provided to any given partner during the development phase Assess quality levels and make sure the right actions are taken to maintain and improve these Facilitate novelty in a world of play and creationc You will get 25 colleagues in Digital Games, who support the overall digitalisation agenda across all LEGO Brands to develop novel features and gaming experiences. You will take part in concept development across media and platforms and be exposed to state-of-the-art processes within software, toys, device and business development. Visionary games professional and superb communicator In this position, you keep an eye on future trends and early innovation, knowing what works and what does not. Also, the innovation projects will often be co-productions between different departments, which can make stakeholder management challenging. To succeed, you: Hold 5+ years of experience from a design role in the games industry and preferably a degree within game design and experience with mobile games Are a visionary, who is drawn towards the new and exciting Have strong communication skills, which you can use across all levels of an organisation and towards diverse external stakeholders to make them understand the LEGO DNA Have an advantage if you have experience with external development, are a certified SCRUM product owner and have a successful track record related to mobile games Travel when needed and speak and write English effortlessly Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
