Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cook at Dolphin Bay Family Beach Resort located in Syros-Ermoupoli. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring the quality and presentation of the food. You will collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menus, handle food inventory and storage, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Proven experience as a Cook in a fast-paced culinary environment
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and a wide range of cuisines
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team
- Food handler's certification or relevant culinary qualifications are a plus
