Job content

Your responsibilities as a CNC wire and zinc EDM operator:

  • You are responsible for the preparation, setup and programming of a CNC wire and sinker EDM machine.
  • You translate technical drawings into finished parts.
  • You independently perform CNC machining processes: spark erosion
  • If you don't like serial work, this is your opportunity! We only produce unique pieces.
  • You perform quality checks on the finished products.
  • Are you willing to work 2 shifts.
Wymagania dotyczące stanowiska

As a CNC wire and zinc EDM operator:

  • You preferably have technical training as a toolmaker or have equivalent experience.
  • You have knowledge of a CNC control system.
  • You can read and interpret technical drawings.
  • You have knowledge of the various clamping options, position and shape tolerances.
  • Can you work independently.
  • Ideally, you have already worked in a production environment.

It is not a must that you have experience in all aspects mentioned in the profile above. Within the team we will explore where your strengths and interests lie and tailor our training accordingly.

What we offer you

  • You are entitled to an attractive salary based on your knowledge.
  • You will receive meal vouchers of €5 per day worked.
  • At the end of the year, on top of your year-end bonus, you will also receive eco cheques of €250.
  • If you come to work by bike, you will receive a bike allowance of € 0,27 per kilometer.
  • You are entitled to 32 holidays: 20 conventional holidays and 12 ADV days. We close a number of days during Carnaval, 4 weeks during the summer vacations and also a number of days between Christmas and New Year. The remaining holidays are free to choose.
  • According to our joint committee, you are entitled to additional paid holidays according to your seniority and age.
  • You have fixed working hours from 06h00-14h00 (morning shift) and 14h00-22h00 (afternoon shift).
  • You will have the opportunity to continue to grow technically through internal training programs.
