Your responsibilities as a CNC miller:

• You are responsible for the preparation, setup and programming of CNC machines: milling and grinding machines.
• You translate technical drawings into finished parts.
• You independently perform CNC machining processes.
• You produce the pieces. The focus is on unique pieces, not large series.
• You perform quality checks on the finished products.
• You work independently.

As a CNC miller:

• You preferably have a technical education or have accumulated equivalent experience.
• You have knowledge of a CNC controller, teach-in.
• You can read technical drawings.
• You have notions of cutting data and cutting parameters.
• Ideally, you have already worked in a production environment.

• At the end of the year, on top of your year-end bonus, you will also receive eco cheques of €250.
• If you come to work by bike, you will receive a bike allowance of €0,18 per kilometer.
• You are entitled to 32 holidays: 20 conventional holidays and 12 ADV days. We close a number of days during Carnaval, 4 weeks during the summer vacations and also a number of days between Christmas and New Year. The remaining holidays are free to choose.
• According to our joint committee, you are entitled to additional paid holidays according to your seniority and age.
• You have fixed working hours from 06h00-14h00 (morning shift) and 14h00-22h00 (afternoon shift).
• You will have the opportunity to continue to grow technically through internal training programs.
