The Childcare department is responsible for providing a fun and memorable experience to our young guests always in compliance with the company standards.
Your main accountabilities:
You will supervise, monitor and execute activities for children following the safety standards. In brief:
- Welcome and always greet all guests to emphasize on personalized service
- Have an excellent knowledge of the resort, facilities, daily events, activities, and more
- Ensure that all information is kept at Logbook up-to-date at all times
- Liaise with the Kids Club Manager in planning / developing activities for the children’s interest
- Follow the daily schedule of activities and provide babysitting when requested
- Monitor guest satisfaction and report all guest feedback
