  • Prepare the check in counters, manage and control the stock material of each airline-customer
  • Check tickets, hand luggage and issuance of boarding passes
  • Handle automatic check in machines 
  • Escort passengers when necessary
  • Implement all aircrafts’ arrival procedures
  • Preparation of the Departure Gate of the flight
  • Boarding announcements and handbag luggage specifications control
  • Check the travel documents and passengers’ identity during departure 
  • Communicate with all relevant departments for the smooth conduction of the aircraft departure
  • Intra departmental communication to ensure smooth conduct of the flight 
  • Be capable to work under pressure, be proactive and deliver high quality results in a fast paced environment with customer-centric attitude
Wymagania dotyczące stanowiska
  • High School Diploma and/or University Degree
  • Two years of working experience in a relevant position or in a customer service oriented position would be valued as a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2 level diploma) 
  • Second language is considered as a plus
  • Computer literacy
  • Understanding and full application of safety rules
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Very Good time management skills
