Opis oferty pracy
We are looking for a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team at Camping Santa Elena, Costa Brava, LLoret de Mar. The ideal candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service and maintain an efficient and welcoming reception environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide information about the campground’s facilities and services.
- Manage reservations and customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations and payments.
- Assist guests during their stay with any queries or issues they may have.
Wymagania dotyczące stanowiska
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch, and Spanish.
- No prior experience is necessary, but it will be valued. This position is also suitable for individuals wishing to undertake internships with us.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
