We are currently seeking to hire a BIM Modeller for a number of different projects. The ideal candidate will have minimum 3-5yrs experience with a Mechanical contractor with some project experience an advantage. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for production of 3D Construction models from base information PIDs, 3D point cloud scan of facility.Provision of construction detailing on the systems to enable the automatic production of isometrics and BOM. Clash management.Design and detailing of services support systems.Adherence to company manuals and processes.Collaboration with other trades & Intel tool managers and project managers.Field surveying and verification.Management of drawing schedules.Development of models and reports in line with Intel scheduling requirements.Problem solving and resolution of co-ordination and design road blocks.Production of 2D general arrangement drawings from 3d model.
