Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to HR-related inquiries via phone and email.
  • Log and manage queries using internal ticketing systems.
  • Provide information and clarification on HR policies, benefits, procedures, and more.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Resolve queries effectively, taking ownership of individual performance metrics.

  • Fluency in German (B2 level or higher).
  • Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
