Cerchiamo un responsabile per la postazione bar della nostra Bottega per i turni serali.

Le principali mansioni da svolgere sono l'evasione delle comande inviate dai camerieri (bevande fredde e calde) la preparazione dei cocktail del nostro menù (Gin Tonic, Spritz, Americano, Negroni, Moscow Mule) l'organizzazione e la cura della postazione ed i ricarico delle bevande impiegate a inizio/fine servizio, il tutto con il supporto di un'altra figura al bar addetta ad altre mansioni.

Preferibile, ma non indispensabile, avere esperienza pregressa nel mondo Horeca, una conoscenza di base del mondo del vino e della mixology.

Previsto contratto a tempo determinato, con opportunità di successiva conversione a contratto a tempo indeterminato.

 

 

We are looking for a manager for the bar station of our Bistrot for the evening shifts.

The main tasks to be performed are the fulfillment of orders sent by waiters (cold and hot drinks), the preparation of cocktails from our menu (Gin Tonic, Spritz, Americano, Negroni, Moscow Mule), the organization and care of the station and the refilling of drinks used at the beginning/end of service, all with the support of another figure at the bar assigned to other tasks.

Previous experience in the Horeca world is preferable, but not essential, with a basic knowledge of the world of wine and mixology.

A fixed-term contract is expected, with the possibility of subsequent conversion to a permanent contract.
