Associate Financial Management and Treasury (m/f/d)

As part of our ONEGLOBE initiative we are seeking for our Global Transaction Center (GTC) for the next possible date an

Associate Financial Management and Treasury (m/f), a position at KWS in Berlin. Working together with the Expert Hub and other

General Ledger Teams, the Associate Finance Management and Treasury focussing on executing payments, clearings, manual

bookings, monitors limits and insurance settings and executes reconciliations. Tasks for closing activities involve: execute local

closing according to IFRS and LOCAL-GAAP like bank postings. This job will be unlimited and in fulltime.

Your tasks:

■ Proactively identifies service delivery issues and takes appropriate

action, undertakes performance improvement initiatives and use of best

practice

■ Supports in the standard payment process by aligning Treasury for

action on bank usage or other action and picking-up the payment list

and upload in banking tool and select payment medium

■ Monitors manual payments (2nd review & sign-off via banking tool and

add additional information to complete manual payments if necessary

■ Supports Manual bookings & Bank Account Reconciliation by executing

payments and payment orders and reporting of receivables and

payments

■ Monitors the cash flows and liquidity issue process & reports issues

Your profile:

■ Preferably academic degree in Business

Administration

■ Preferably 2 or more years of experience in

the field of Finance

■ Fluent in English and German or French

(written and spoken)

■ Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage

high volume transactions

■ Analytical skills and a hands on mentality

■ Customer orientation and extraordinary

service attitude

■ Cooperative and team-working mindset
