Area Sales Manager
As a sales manager in the field, you will act as a direct link to our customers. You will bear the highest responsibility for both existing business and the successful conclusion of new business. Your product knowledge and understanding of technical customer requirements is the driving factor for success. You will be supported in your activities by a strong in-house sales team with whom you will be in constant contact. In regular Europe-wide sales meetings as well as via our extensive CRM tool, you will exchange information about successes, customer experience and applications. In the current pandemic situation, you will find solutions to stay in touch with your customers without losing sight of the safety of each individual as the highest priority. Your key responsibilities: Defining the customers and target customers to be worked with. Acquiring new customers and maintaining and expanding existing customers Personal customer contact across all management levels Information gathering and documentation for sales and order forecasts, competitive trends, customer trends and market prices Participation in relevant trade fairs and exhibitions Maintenance of the CRM tool
Sales area to develop: Lazio and Abruzzo region
Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or comparable qualification
Knowledge in the field of drive technology/gear technology and automation
Distinctive customer orientation, strong communication skills and a confident manner with customers
Due to the international orientation, a very good command of written and spoken English is a prerequisite
Experience in the use of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
