ABOUT THE ROLE

 

The Accounts Payable Team Leader ECS Non - Trade is a role with dual responsibility. Part of the role is responsible for managing the Accounts Payable Non -Trade Team - distribution of work, and all aspects of team management i.e. performance, development, sickness etc. The other part of the role is new and will involve aligning processes that are transitioned into this team with the existing Accounts Payable processes. Account payable Team Leader at Arrow is typically involved in:

  • Processing efficiency reviews and improvements and other ad-hoc tasks

  • Supporting requirements and projects determined by management

  • Coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the team

  • Setting priorities for the team to ensure task completion

  • Supporting the team with processing invoices

  • Prepare payments for non-trade suppliers

  • Archive and filing of documents in line with Country legislation

  • Maintenance of KPI’s for the team

A FEW THINGS YOU ARE AN EXPERT AT

  • Advanced level of English; knowledge of any additional language will be a plus

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Problem solving and organization skills

  • Forward planning and strategic thinking

  • Good sense of urgency and professionalism

  • 2-4 yeas of previous experience in Finance field

  • Knowledge of AX Dynamics will be an advantage
