ACCOUNTS CLERK
Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements Applicants must be Maltese/EU Nationals/other nationals who are entitled to equal treatment as EU Nationals with regards to employment due to EU legislation & treaty rights about the free movement of workers.
- Numerical proficiency – strong ability to work with numbers.
- Attention to detail – accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or SAP).
- Microsoft Excel skills – ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and reports.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Organizational skills – ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communication skills – ability to interact with suppliers, clients, and internal teams professionally.
