Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining books and records in compliance with accounting and tax regulations
  • Managing fixed asset registers, customer and supplier accounts in ERP systems, in accordance with legal requirements
  • Providing expertise on tax matters related to the company’s activities
  • Preparing and submitting tax returns to relevant supervisory authorities and bodies (VAT returns, income tax, property tax/ENFIA, withholding taxes)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a university or technical institute in Economics or Accounting
  • 6+ years of professional experience in accounting-related roles
  • Certified Public Accountant (First Class) license
  • Knowledge of corporate and tax legislation
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and adaptability to new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence tools
  • Teamwork skills, organizational ability, and a capacity for constructive collaboration, with an emphasis on Emotional Intelligence
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
