3 to 6 months internship within our Human Resources department
The internship should take place in the academic year 2018-2019.
Main tasks and Responsibilities:
During this internship, you will work in close collaboration with the company HR Department to:
· Maintain training database up to date
· Prepare and complete the training “Final Report” according to legal requirements
· Support the hiring process (plan interview meetings, liaise with agencies, …)
· HR support in various administrative tasksR processes and procedures;
· Provide periodic reports and statistics;
· Participate in the integration process of new hires;
· Support the organization of the annual evaluation process;
Skills and abilities:
· You are currently studying a Bachelor or Master degree in HR
· You have excellent organization skills and are able to prioritize your workload
· You are a team player and enjoy working in a multicultural environment
· You are familiar with Microsoft Office
· You are fluent in English or French. Any other language is considered as an advantage
